Joe Belgio is a U.S. Marine Recon Veteran, retired Cicero firefighter, little league coach and devoted father who suffered a cardiac arrest resulting in an anoxic brain injury after eating oysters contaminated with vibrio while out to eat with his family. Joe has continued to show meaningful progress, but he URGENTLY needs specialized inpatient neurological rehabilitation to keep moving forward.
